Ever since she was a young girl making pancakes with her grandma in the family kitchen, Sarah French has been captivated by the magical power of food. More than two decades later she continues to be inspired by the simple pleasures that creating and enjoying a meal with friends and family can bring.
After working in Sydney’s top restaurants for 10 years and travelling the world, Sarah launched her own boutique catering company, Sydney’s Finest, in 2008 and has since hosted some of the city’s most glamorous events, such as private parties on luxury yachts, society weddings and major fashion launches.
Now, in association with The Tailor, Sarah and her team have created a range of bespoke culinary events aimed at the discerning traveller – from raw food masterclasses, behind-the-scenes tours of the Sydney Fish Market and a private introduction to Sydney’s top providores and chefs. We then move west where artisan butter magician and self-confessed Foodie Pierre Issa takes us on a culinary journey. With his butter being served on all Qantas First Class lounges and flights it’s no wonder Pepe Saya is on the tip of every food lover’s tongue.
