Pretty Beach House is a sophisticated and private hideaway set high on an escarpment looking down on beautiful NSW Bouddi Peninsula. It is intimate and secluded – a special haven for select guests.
The building is redolent in timber and sandstone, the interior an exercise in light and texture. The generous deck is set with a magnificent infinity pool enjoying views through stands of ancient anaphoras and native eucalypts to oyster beds on the sparkling Broken Bay.
Four one-bedroom pavilions (Treetops, Bayview, Hideaway and The Retreat) enjoy glimpses to the water and feature private decks with heated plunge pools and absolute privacy. The Main House has atrium-style dining and lounging area, intimate cocktail bar, wine cellar, open fireplace and the spectacular pool.
Those who like to explore will enjoy the coastal walking trails leading off into Bouddi National Park and Pretty Beach; everyone will love the round-the-clock attentions of the hosts, dedicated to your every need.

Cuisine at Pretty Beach House is designed and prepared under Stefano Manfredi’s direction. The Manfredi approach is one of simplicity, elegance, and superb ingredients. Stefano’s fresh, seasonal food is available all day, ‘casalinga style’.
The four pavilions are individually designed and offer king bedrooms with separate dressing rooms, open-plan sitting areas (oriented to take advantage of the views), fully stocked bars and fireplaces. The dining and lounging areas lead onto private decks with day beds. All pavilions have a private plunge pool except Treetops.
Seaplane flights are available both to and from the property, departing from and returning to Rose Bay in Sydney. Seaplane flight take approximately 20 mins and fly over the spectacular northern beaches of Sydney, the famous opera house, the iconic harbour bridge and Sydney’s stunning harbour. A world class trip. Pretty Beach House is situated 90 minutes north of Sydney by car. Vehicle transfer from Sydney/ Sydney Airport takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Pretty Beach House is open all year. The warmer months (from October to May) allow guests to take advantage of the beach/water activities.
